Bharat Tyres Gujarat Pvt. Ltd (BTGPL) built the BTOFF app for the employees of the company to manage their personal details and leave records. Also for the sales employees who work in the field remotely. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use this Service.

Information:When you want to access this app, we may collect your credentials as username (as Email) and password. We don’t support user creation on the app. User creation and deletion is managed on the admin panel of the company. We take the location of the sales employee when they check-in and checkout to assert the employee’s visited location.
Data Safety:We only collect the credentials and location information from the app and we do not share the information to any other third-party libraries, SDKs or any organisation.
Geo-Location Information:We collect your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing the visited location by Employee. If you turn off location sharing and you are a sales employee, you will not be able to perform check-in and check-out operation.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
